1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Yooqly (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Yooqly is a workflow management platform that provides tools for inquiry intake, quoting, job management, production scheduling, invoicing, and related business operations.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access
5. Usage & Fair Use
- You may use the Platform for lawful business purposes only
- You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Platform
- You may not use the Platform to store or transmit malicious code
- Usage limits apply as per your subscription plan
6. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership of the data you enter into the Platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We will only access your data to provide support, maintain the Platform, or as required by law.
7. Data Protection
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We act as a data processor for the customer data you enter, and you are the data controller.
8. Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, subject to scheduled maintenance. We provide support during UK business hours, with priority support for applicable plans. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yooqly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
